Our stay was exceptional. The place was immaculately clean and in a perfect location.. Close to zugspitze, Neuschwanstein, innsbruck, Imst, etc.. The little village was very charming and even had a waterfall within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was fantastic. My husband and I will definitely be back!! Loved everything about it.

We are looking any apartments between Garmish and Fussen as per our trip agenda. It was high season and the price for accommodation was extremely high, but we find that place. Located near autobahn but the windows are perfect blocked any noice from the road and traffic is not so huge. The windows are good, but the walls and ceiling are with good audibility thus you can hear neighbors and owners living upstairs. They have kids. At rest are all good, good breakfast, parking and etc.

First of all the hosts, Mrs. Irmgard and her family, who were more than welcoming and treated us incredibly well. She went the extra mile to serve us the breakfast each morning with fresh food and remembered what we liked the day before so we could have more of those items on the table. Her care for her guests is amazing, always checking if everything is ok, giving recommendations for things to do in Lermoos or nearby. Although she only speaks German and we only spoke Romanian and English, the language barrier was not an obstacle for us to have lots of conversations and laughters. P.S. The host has an incredible sense of humour. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, it was a dream to start and end the day with Zugspitze in front of our eyes and the overall atmosphere in the house makes you feel like home. The room was always clean and full of tourists information about Lermoos and the surroundings.

The accomodation was Very clear with huge rooms. There were beautiful views from all windows and terrace. The kitchen was equiped with everything important. The owner was the best, he helped us with everything, gave us tips on trips and was extremely kind.

I fell in love with this little village and place. Christina was very nice. The village is centrally located for skiing and mountain bikes. It was great having cooking facilities for the basics. The little general store a few doors down was fantastic to get bits and pieces. I forgot my cash and the lady said just pay me tomorrow morning as it was closing time. The view was spectacular from the balcony or bed. Thank you.
