We would highly recommend this wonderful place. It is such a gem. We traveled here with two small boys (4 and 6). Sajmir was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had ideas for things to do, and even help send us our son's glasses (after we left) because he had lost them at the house. Sajmir sent us a ton of ideas for activities and restaurants, checked in to see if we were comfortable, and was an overall joy to communicate with. The house is so charming. All of the beds are in the lofted bedroom but for our purposes that work very well. The house has all the amenities of things you need and the garden is wonderful. Spending time in the garden eating, relaxing on the hammock, enjoying a bonfire, and playing were some of our favorite memories. It helps that the house is literally on the beach and you get to claim two beach chairs at the beach (included in the reservation). You also are not very far from the boardwalk, which means you have easy access to restaurants and bars. We appreciate the constant music from the beach restaurants. It was a nice vacation vibe.
