The location was great, not too far from the center, and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner and his mother are doing a real good job. The room was great, very clean, linen and towels were changed regularly, there was a big balcony with shadow in the morning, so ideal for breakfast. The thing I really appreciated, and I have never seen before, is that they put several products that someone might need and for everybody to use, in the hall. With toilet paper, cleaning products, garbage bags, detergent, a radio, an iron, dustpan and brush. They are also preparing a swimming pool and have enough parking space for 6 cars. They were very considerate. When we were out on a hot day, they changed the bed linen and put on the airco, so when we came back the room was cool.

Very friendly staff! Good location, near to the city centre! Good and delicious continental breakfast! Very very clean! We traveled in Albania for a week and it was the most cleanest place where we stayed! This place surprised us greatly! Keep going!

Antonela is the best host! We had such a warm welcome and it felt like we never left home. She helped us a lot with beach recommendations and reservations. Appartements where super clean and spacy. Property had a huge veranda for gatheting and chilling outside. Location is great as well. 10/10

La acogida de la joven recepcionista, la amabilidad de los dueños ancianos. Amplio apartamento tipo bungalow a pie de calle, equipado, puedes cocinar, aparcas al lado y tiene porche. Es tranquilo por la noche. Hay AC. Buenas camas. Hay filtro de agua potable por ósmosis, una ventaja para beber agua en esta zona tan cálida.

It was a very clean and well maintained room and has everything that you may need. The family that owns the place is super sweet, helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again if we ever decide to come back to southern Albania!

I was feeling very ill for some food poisoning and needed rest. Unfortunately we had just been rejected by the place we had booked in advance in Ksamil for some problems with the room and the owner of that place did not bother to help us find another accomodation (nor told us in advance of the problem). We found Vila Ori on booking and booked a room on the spot and in 5 minutes we were there as I was not able to be out and about anymore. They had the room ready and clean,were incredibly welcoming and helpful in all respects. The room/studio apartment was very nicely set up. All new,very nice kitchen with all that is needed to cook (not a necessity for me that day). Beautiful balcony,perfect comfy beds, new,clean bathroom with very good shower. Fresh complimentary mineral water in the fridge. It was perfect in everyway. Parking spot right in front of the place (inside a gate), convenient for all Ksamil. I was lucky in my bad luck!

clean room with air conditioner and comfortable bed. room had a balcony. few minute walk to surrounding beaches but would need to pay for beach beds etc. the host was lovely. she greeted us with so much warmth. We stayed only for a night but found it good value for money and comfortable.
