Good price considering the size and amenities there. Location is pretty good with access to Pula and Nora beach, but kind of need a bike or car to go comfortably esp. in >30 Celsius. Host had good communication. Overall all the amenities were great as there is nearly everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, washer, drying racks, cleaning supplies, beach umbrellas, etc. , etc. Front Balcony is great for chilling and is where we ate breakfast and such.

They place was wonderful. The hosts met us at the property and made sure we secured parking and the keys to the home. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The AC was a lifesaver.

We loved the villa! It was modern with a unique layout and very comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything my family needed.The beach was amazing along with the fantastic staff.

Emilio that take care of the breakfast, is a great person and take care of the breakfast as Magic. We really enjoyed the breakfast it is Italian style with Sweet and salty mix. If you have a car i give the property 10 points.
