Bronwye is located adjacent to the newly established Groe Parkrun. By the River Wye, this mid-Wales market town is home to Builth Castle, the Royal Welsh Showground and one of the area’s many golf courses, which is 2 minutes’ drive from Bronwye Guest House. The Brecon Beacons National Park and the border with Herefordshire lie around 30 minutes’ drive to the south of Builth Wells. Homemade yogurt was exquisite and the full English was really good too

The property is 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Davids. The surrounding St Davids Peninsula has some stunning scenery and coastal walks, and guests are only a 5-minute drive from the St Davids City Golf Club. Such a wonderful hotel - a great location, quiet, on well maintained grounds, and a nice short walk into the center of St Davids. The staff was very friendly. They do offer an option of a warm, cooked breakfast but we were happy with the continental spread they offered. Their main location at Twr-y-Felin has a wonderful restaurant where we dined on the first night. The second night we went into the village for a nice dinner at The Bishops pub. We will certainly stay here the next time we are in the area.

The on-site 18-hole parkland golf course has scenic views of Tenby and Carmarthen bay, and suits players of all abilities. everything Clean. staff very friendly and courteous

Porthmadog High Street is 30 meters and both national and steam trains are within 600 meters of Tudor Lodge. The Tudor Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast. It offers en suite rooms, free parking and free WiFi. The staff were fantastic, welcoming and informative. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fan which was a god send during the hot weather.
