This property is a 20 out of 10, the service was just that good. From the time I made the reservation to check out, communication was excellent. Any little question I had was answered promptly by the concierge. Upon arrival I was met by the concierge and given a full tour of the smart home and how to work all the lights, appliances, etc. The pictures do not do this duplex justice. It looks even better when you're in it. Everything was spotlessly clean, kitchen well appointed and bathrooms too. Toothbrushes and other toiletries were also supplied. The bathroom has a deeeeeeeeep Jacuzzi tub and I definitely took advantage of it. There were refreshments and snacks already waiting when I got there and the kitchen has a dishwasher - a rare find in this part of Mexico. The outdoor living space was very relaxing and you'll want to throw something on the grill. The pool is just outside the outdoor space so it's easy to get in and out. I loved the glass floor upstairs and took some cool photos for my blog. This was a great experience and I will be telling all my friends about this place.

Excellent customer service, very clean and comfortable. My room was available before check in time, they worked with me to make my family comfortable and allow us to rest. Walking distance from Quinta avenida perfect location, highly recommend!

Perfect location. Just a small walk and you are in the “centre”, the beach, the ferry to Cozumel and the ADO busstation. Enjoyed the pool after a day of activities… Cecile the host is wonderful. She is there just to have a talk or to help you out and show you around the area. You feel very welcome!

Everything in general, the stuff was amazing!! Front lobby guys were so welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed, the mini market has everything you need, location, the pools VERY clean the stuff at the restaurants we're amazing!! Location and cosy apartment. The beds were super confortable. The overall size of the apartment and balcony gave us enough family space to relax. The host was very attentive with us.
