This tent's special features are the pool with a view and the fireplace. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven in the well-fitted kitchenette. Very nice place to stay in the nature. Spacious holiday house with the huge terrace and very cosy tent and cottage. Super easy communication with the host, everything went very smooth.

His lovely attitude, enthusiasm and incredible knowledge makes the Safari Lodge a definite return location.

Gorgeous tented camp set in a lush area, lovely main building with excellent meals served by friendly, attentive staff, tents set off individually for privacy, each with a sweeping view of the preserve. Our guide, Lenny, was very experienced and we learned much about the many animals we saw - lion, cheetah, elephant, rhino, giraffe, many kinds of antelope, warthog, more! We did 6 3 -hour drives; suggest booking enough time to do at least 4-6.

We had three fantastic days at Amakhala Game Reserve, Bush Lodge. The tents were very comfortable and the food very good. The game drives were amazing. Our game driver Jono did a super job. very enthusiastic, very knowledgeable information given during the drives and he was fantastic at spotting the animals and very dedicated to making sure we saw as much and varied as possible.

This colonial-style tent features a private deck with outdoor seating and military campaign-style furniture. The bathroom comes with a shower. We loved every aspect of this experience. The staff were all incredible; we were so impressed by the guide's knowledge, enthusiasm & respect for the animals and nature. They made the game drives so enjoyable (even when raining). The reserve is a great size & we had such memorable sightings & animal encounters (elephants, lions, rhinos, buffalo, tortoises, hippos, giraffes, jackal to name a few). We loved the intimate feel of Quatermains, with just 6 guests & everyone eating breakfast and dinner together - which were both delicious. Our personal hot tub heated by a wooden stove was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend. Thank you so much to Liam, Johan, Nick, Julie & Riaan for a once in a lifetime experience.

Very comfortable accommodation with an amazing restaurant, both from a food and view perspective! Nice game drives and great staff.
