Nos encantó el lugar y el trato con Rashid, ¡muy buen anfitrión! El tamaño del campamento permite un trato cercano con el personal y los otros huéspedes. The tent's kitchenette, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. Said es muy buen anfitrión, en todo momento hubo comunicación por washapp para la recogida en un punto accesible para llevarte a su campamento entre las dunas con un coche 4x4. Después pudimos beber te y cafe antes de la excursion con los coches 4x4 por las dunas. Para nosotros esto fue lo mejor de la experiencia en el desierto, luego pudimos hacer fotos con el atardecer y caminar por las dunas. Estuvo bien probar la carne de camello durante la cena asi como pescado. Finalmente acabamos la noche alrededor del fuego conversando con otros inquilinos y viendo las estrellas, fue espectacular. Por la mañana nos despertamos antes del amanecer y pudimos subir por las dunas de al lado del campamento para disfrutar de un amanecer muy bonito, la salida fue acordada a una hora conveniente para continuar con mas visitas, experiencia inolvidable

People run this camp with passion, this is the most important thing. Really polite and helpful, but not intrusive of privacy. Perfect check in and check out experience. Amazing location in the middle of the desert and 5 minutes walking from main sunset picture photos. Activities on request. Special evening with cakes and fireworks for first of the year

The tent offers a barbecue, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The tent features outdoor furniture. The unit offers 2 beds. We had a magical stay at Crescent Camp. The camp has a smaller amount of tents than others so is more peaceful and a more authentic experience. The tent and beds are clean and comfortable, there is tea, coffee and fruit available 24/7 in the main tent. Dinner and breakfast were lovely and had a variety of options to please everyone. Although some people have mentioned in their reviews that the meals and activities are overpriced, they are more affordable compared to other camps. There are balls and a volleyball net available for children to plan with. We enjoyed a wonderful dune bashing adventure which the whole family loved. It was magical waking at 4am for a bathroom trip and gazing up at the Milky Way above.

Guests will find a stovetop, kitchenware and an oven in the kitchen. The tent also has a barbecue. Hamood was a wonderful host ! Friendly, helpful and talkative! He made an exceptional effort to make us feel welcome. The place was comfortable, clean and with a great atmosphere. It’s placed deeper in the desert yet within a possible reach of the 4x4 car. Next to the great dunes on which you can take a fantastic fotos on the sunset !

El SAFARI-Glamping ofrece alojamiento en Bidiyah, a 50 km de Wadi Bin Khalid y a 20 km del desierto de la localidad de Al Hawaiyah. La atención, la exclusividad, el emplazamiento, el trato…todo! Todo el mundo muy amable y muy eficiente. hubo varias tormentas, llovió, tronó, salió el sol.. fue increíble!

Alsarmadi is a camp with traditional Bedouin-style tent accommodations (with very comfortable Western-style beds!) high in the dunes of the sandy desert near Bidiyyah. It’s an experience, not just a place to stay. Even getting there is an adventure. You can drive yourself in a four-wheel drive, following after the truck sent from the camp to meet you (for free) or you can get a ride in their truck (for a fee, currently 35 rials). Once there, you will be offered Omani coffee, juice, and dates in a traditional carpeted shelter, then you can visit the livestock (Omani sheep, various breeds of goats, chickens, camels and a donkey), pet the baby goats, and take a ride on a camel. The camel riding is expensive but we thought it was worth it. Not as uncomfortable as I had imagined, although there was quite a lurch when the camel got up from kneeling to let us get on. After sunset, we were invited to watch the cooking of supper over an open fire, and we each had a turn to cook spicy flatbread directly on the coals. The food was delicious, with a nice selection of other dishes as well as the traditional food cooked over the fire. At night, the star-gazing was excellent, and the next morning we were surprised to find tracks of many small animals in the sand. So it was a very rich experience, made more memorable by the host, Said, who was very warm and accommodating and encouraged us to take advantage of all the experiences available.
