We loved the atmosphere at Welgelegen and out of 2 weeks in The Netherlands, this was one of the top highlights. The canoe to Hindeloopen and the day we spent there was especially memorable.

Offering a garden and lake view, Waterherberg it Beaken is situated in Heeg, 34 km from Posthuis Theater and 39 km from Holland Casino Leeuwarden. we’ve stayed here just for a night and booked quite last minute. I had contact with the property owner Marlies and she has been amazing and very accommodating. As me and my partner went there for our engagement we even got a free bottle of bubbles! the accommodation is spotless and well laid out. Perfect from start to finish.

There is an extremely friendly pony who loves being brushed and a hay barn for kids to play in. My son had a fantastic time. Couldn't be better.
