The candlelit dinner was adorable (just wish we had the BBQ!) and the safari guide is amazing! The food is great all round, and there is also a lot more to do around the area than we previously thought! Perfect yala stay over.

This is a 5 star glamping experience located in the middle of the jungle. The room is well airconditioned, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We had a lovely dinner under the stars. A delicious huge breakfast was brought over to our room in the morning. It was an experience using the jacuzzi in the wild too. We were given a complimentary early morning walk in the vicinity of the hotel. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the wildlife we saw. The whole concept is eco-friendly. The ideal location to start from or end the day for a Yala safari tour. Certainly worth staying at.

Set in Yala, 42 km from Situlpawwa, Flameback Eco Lodge features concierge services and free WiFi. Its safe to say Flameback Eco Lodge made our entire stay at Sri Lanka the most memorable and amazing experience. the room, the whole atmosphere, the food, the staff, you just can’t find any problems at this place. the hotel is located in a spectacular area with a lot of green and a huge lake right beside you. you wake up in the morning to either the monkeys running around or to the beautiful sound of the nature and birds. and at one point during the day, you might encounter of buffaloes casually eating grass next to your room. special thanks to the assistant manager of the hotel (Sampath) who made our stay at the hotel even more amazing. you could literally as the guy about any requests and he’s gonna make sure you get it.

We loved the entire experience of being looked after by the owner Nilantha and Elizabeth and all the staff in such a lovely way but also being in such a simple and authentic environment. The dinner under the stars was standout. The food was great. The great conversations were so wonderful. The whole day safari was something we will always remember. So much care and passion from Nilantha and our driver. We absolutely loved it.

We were thrilled to witness incredible wildlife sightings, including graceful elephants, playful monkeys, and colorful birds. And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We recommend Makini for families seeking a remarkable safari adventure with top-notch service and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Located 15-minute drive away from Yala National Park, Yala Dream Park features a garden and barbecue. Tissa Wewa is 8 km from the property. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. Great concept. We appreciated the quiet and natural atmosphere during our stay. The safaris were great, the driver really tries to find animals and knows his job. Very good food and adventurous stay with safari tent or tree house.

We had a very nice stay at Camp Leopard. The rooms were larger than we got the impression from the pictures. Very good guides who went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best safari experience 🐆🐘

Situated in Yala, less than 1 km from Situlpawwa, Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and... Kulu Safaris is a completely exceptional place to stay in every way and it was the highlight of our holiday in Sri Lanka. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Our guide, Jeana, was very knowledgeable about Sri Lankan wildlife and a lovely person, we learnt a lot from talking to her on our safaris. We also went kayaking on the lake which was beautiful. The tents are so comfortable to stay in and it's a very peaceful location, surrounded by nature. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and we were served our meals in different locations around the site, which was beautiful and very romantic. It is expensive, but the safari and other activities is included, as well as all food and drink, and so I think it is definitely worth the money, particularly as Kulu is very eco-conscious and ensures minimal disruption to the wildlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend staying at Kulu more highly, and I hope to go back one day.

Always thinking ahead what would you need ... The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
