Very relaxed and perfect place to let your soul rest. Shoutout to Matti for making me feel welcome from the very first second. The tents are not hot at all because they have a wooden roof so the sunlight doesn't go through.

Beautiful views and a great beach. Very well kept up property. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was very nice. Food was good.

The tent offers a seating area and a dining area, as well as a shared bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The tent features a safe deposit box, outdoor furniture and mountain views. I loved the location, it was close to all the action but far enough away to have peace too. The place is set back a bit and in the jungle. You can see hornbills flying around, flying squirrels and also little flying dragons. The owners are soo lovely and welcoming and you even get a complimentary cat ;)

Relaxing environment and compared to the other resorts on the same beach we liked the more 'jungle feel' (incl the additional shade). The tent was luxurious and gave and extra dimension compared to a regular hotel room. Food was great as well and staff was helpfull

Tents open up to views of the sea and are equipped with a mattress, pillows, a fan and a blanket. There is also a charging station for the guests' electrical appliances. Loved the whole place, beach is great and it's a quiet area. We stayed in the quiet season for 2nights and had the whole place to ourselves the first night! The food is decent at the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they booked our taxi to go get the boat on our check out day too. We walked along the road to a local traditional village and it was really interesting. At night you can swim in bioluminescent plankton, highlight of our entire trip, it was magical.

This tent has a garden view. אתר הנופש קקטוס (Kactus KohTaKiev) ממוקם על חוף פרטי באורך קילומטר אחד בצד שטוף השמש של האי קו טה קייב (Koh Ta Kiev). תוכלו ליהנות מארוחות במסעדת הבית או ללגום משקה בבר. I stayed 2 weeks as volunteer in Kactus and I found it a very special place. Surrounded with warming people in a chill mood, untouched nature and beach, lots of activities, yummy food and really really good vibes !!!! definitely this is the place to have a quality time for yourself and connect the environment. will come back one day!!

The sand and sea are clean and white and blue, respectively. The staff are very helpful and solicitous. I spent 9 very happy days there not doing much apart from chilling and eating.

This non-smoking tent is fitted with windows that open up to panoramic views of the sea. The tent is equipped with solar-powered lighting, a queen-size bed and furniture. The accommodation blends into the beautiful natural jungle and beach landscape and feels perfect for the setting. Be advised that it is a bit rustic but there's a shower and a flushing toilet and our bed was really comfortable. There are no plug points in the room but you can charge your devices in the dining area. A mosquito net is provided which was great as it meant we could leave the windows open for a cooling sea breeze at night. We were a stone's throw from the water but also surrounded by trees, it was magical. The staff were helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. The food is traditional Khmer cuisine and everything we had was delicious and made with a lot of care. There are also a few other resorts in the bay that serve different food styles. Sunset Beach is more remote than some of the other bays on the island and does not have a ferry port or really much other boat traffic making it perfect for swimming, paddling and snorkeling. This does mean that you have to hike in to the accommodation but it's completely manageable, just be sure to pack in a backpack rather than a suitcase or kit bag. All the pertinent information and directions are sent out in an email as soon as you book. This stands out as one of our best beach holidays, highly recommended.
