The guest house is located on the west bank just two minutes walk away from the ferry that takes you across the river to the east side where the city is located. So if you arrive in Aswan by train is only a straight 3-minute walk from the train station to the ferry, and then another 2-minute walk to the guesthouse. It's located in a Nubian village away from the hustle and noise of the city. The owner Bassam is the friendliest person you will ever meet. He always ensured that we have everything we need, and he and his family went above and beyond to make an unforgettable experience and it felt like a home away from home for us. We were visiting during the holy month of Ramadan and Bassam and his family invited us to join them for Iftar which was truly amazing. We also went on a half-day tour with Bassam to Aswan Dam and Philae temple which I highly recommend and he also organized a tour to Abu Simbel for us which was also perfect. The rooms were nice and clean and the air conditioning was working great but the highlight in my opinion is the rooftop terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.

I had an amazing time. They have the friendliest staff that make you feel like instant family. The food was incredible and they will literally help you plan whatever you want to do. They genuinely want everyone to have a great time. A cross between a camp and a farm with the Nile as your backdrop, this is how to really feel like a local in Aswan. I go back whenever I can.

David and his wife and son were very hospitable and helpful. The day we were going to Abu Simbel, David went to drop us at the main road at 4 am when we could easily walk there. Hostel was generally quite clean and nice. Private rooms were good too. Main road is walking distance where you can get conveyance. Also there are a number of restaurants and eatries nearby. Good value for money. Had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

All, everything is perfect, the hospitality, staff very very friendly, very close from the temples but if you don't want walk, the hotel has a tuk tuk. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. If you are looking a real Nubian experience, this is the place. We lost the 1st night and the owner offered stay one night more. The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. You can arrange everything with the hotel, taxi and stay one night in Aswan, also they have a new beautiful nubio hotel in Aswan. Thank you very much to owner and all team Kabara Nubian House.

Nubian Farm Aswan asub Aswanis, kõigest 23 km kaugusel Aga Khani mausoleumist. Rannaäärsel majutusasutusel on erarand, aed, baar ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Mahmoud and Ayman were both so helpful. The apartment was very spacious and decorated in traditional Nubian style. It is located on the West bank of the Nile so there is a private boat to take you over the river which can be requested at any time. The food was traditional eygtian and delicious especially the cheese at breakfast. If you want a quiet place with beautiful views of the Nile and the desert this is the place to stay.
