The stay in here exceeded my expectations in many ways. I love the designs in the whole place, from the common area, the garden to the tent and its interior. It is a project designed by the owner and his daughter, who are both architects. The hotel is small and quiet, with less than 10 rooms, but has all the facilities - a gym, a yoga place, swimming pool, breakfast, hot tub and access to a small river.

The tent's kitchen, which features a refrigerator and kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. This tent has a desk, a patio, garden views and a private bathroom. The unit has 1 bed. AMAZING experience, coming here, is like experiencing the real Costa Rica. The staff was amazing, Johnny made sure we had the best time! The food was very good as well, we were 2 vegans and we always had plenty to eat. The location is far, yes, but that's what this place is all about. We saw all types of animals, and it gave us the most peaceful experience to be surrounded by so much nature.

This was probably my favorite stay during my entire trip to Costa Rica. It was so beautiful waking up and seeing the volcano right outside your tent!!! It’s very romantic and just breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place.

The kitchenette is fitted with a refrigerator, kitchenware and a tea and coffee maker. The owners were also very helpful and recommended us activities in the area. The restaurant next door serves excellent breakfast.

Providing free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower. The tent features a terrace with outdoor furniture and garden views for your convenience. The unit offers 3 beds. Cabins totally in the forest. Very clean. Excellent meals prepared when possible with local if not their own products. Very welcoming ambiance. The staff (front desk and restaurant) are very nice, very dedicated, and do all they can to make your stay enjoyable. To live Costa Rica, you have to stay there!

Rooms are 5 square metres. Essence Arenal on troopilise metsaga ümbritsetud ökoloogiline hotell, mis pakub tervisekeskust turistidele. What a fantastic and beautiful place. So peaceful. Out in nature. I had the tent which was great with a comfy double bed, lockable wardrobe, and balcony. These tents aren't your normal camping experience. There is a small spa on site which was very relaxing. The area is on a eco farm which they are slowly increasing in size. The food was good all locally grown (much of it by themselves) vegetarian and organic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When the clouds cleared what a stunning view of Arenal volcano and lake Arenal. I had such a relaxing time. It's about a 40 minute drive from la fortuna.
