What was there not to like about this place! The staff are so nice, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The location is great! You are inside the park and to get there, you’ve got to travel through the park by taking a cable car and several shuttle busses. Just from the start you get to experience the magic of the park. -The room is comfortable, clean and spacious. -Since the camp is inside the park, there aren’t any convenience shops around it but the camp has a restaurant managed by chefs. They cook delicious traditional Chinese meals. We loved the tomato and egg, the stir fried vegetables and the Chinese bacon with bamboo root. Try them! -The staff helped us plan our itinerary and booked our tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Carol contacted me and stayed in touch a week before our arrival and guided us on how to get the camp by proving us the directions in English and Chinese. The whole team were so nice. They also shared their tea with us and treated us like family. The camp is in a tea plantation, so the experience is so unique. -They’ve got lots of projects going and great ideas on how to improve this place, so it’s very exciting how this place will flourish in the next years. The tent's kitchen, which has a stovetop and a refrigerator, is available for cooking and storing food. Very warm hostel! The boss is very professional, help me arrange the itinerary and tell me how to take the bus! Thank you very much. The store also has a good feeling, will arrange Chinese dinner for us, it is very delicious! The room is clean, too.
