Absolutely gorgeous and you could hear the sound of the waves at night. That is, obviously if you weren't foolish enough to put on your air-conditioning! I saw the penguins come out of the sea and waddle up the hill. Make sure you have the red torch and do not do not do not shine the white torch on them as it disorientates them. I stayed until 11 at night watching them as I was so mesmerized. What a fabulous amazing place this is. Book at least two nights .

Not great wifi...but who cares :) Wallabies at the door of our tent were amazing! The shared kitchen was lovely and cozy. Great staff! The lady at the front desk gave us amazing and useful tips for our trip.

Samander Sanctuary Holiday Park ligger ved en fantastisk strand og et naturreservat i Scamander i den østlige Tasmanske region. We did not have enough time to enjoy the accommodation to the potential of the place as it was very clean, a beautiful beach, great location, the tents were all fabulous and the staff friendly. We would all return and would say a highlight of our accommodation.

A great place to get away from the world.
