The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I slept very soundly. Plenty of activities on the property and in the town. No restaurants nearby but the food they prepared for us was excellent so I highly recommend returning for dinner after a day out. There was always someone around to help me get what or where ever I needed. I also felt super safe on the property. I actually wound up wandering to the creek and left my door open. I obviously don't recommend that, but just to give a sense of the vibe.

Lovely place on the beach. Good food, some of the friendliest and most helpful staff we’ve seen in Kenya. Plenty of outdoor lounge areas, a beautiful pool and an outdoor self-serving kitchen. We stayed in the tent and with the breeze, shade and fan it was still one of the best and coolest nights of sleep we had. One of our favorite spots in Kenya!

We enjoyed our stay at the Eco camp, on arrival to the airport we were welcome by a very friendly face- Frederick. From the start of our trip till the end Freddy was outstanding, the most welcoming and sweet host we have ever met. He ensured everything about our stay was as best as can be, from the amazing local food to organising canoe trips. The staff are what make this accommodation shine, the facilities and surroundings make you feel at peace with nature. WiFi, coldrinks and service was perfect for what we needed. Thank you very much to Freddy and staff for the lovely introduction to Kenya and Mida Creek.
