We got a family room which was one of the biggest I think. It had a living room with a kitchenette, which I never got during our Georgian trip. If you are with family & wish to cook something your own like a studio flat, then this is one of the best you can get in the Tbilisi area. Also, they have a bigger bathroom comparatively. Also, Breakfast was good.
