That alone is worth coming for. Room was small, but I chose it consciously as it was on the top floor. Bathroom nice, bed comfy, the window looking to a large square in front of the hotel. Where amongst other things you can park for free. Friendly receptionist and his father ? A very familial feel to the whole establishment. Croquettes. Did I say Orval vieillie ? Orval vieillie !!

The hotel was very nice with friendly and helpful staff. Our room looked over the river so had lovely views, it was a reasonable size with a comfy bed. The bathroom was a little dated and tired but worked well. We had an evening meal in Bom, the bistro, which was very good and the service was excellent with every member of staff working really hard to offer an excellent service. Breakfast also was very good.

We had a warm welcome by the host, he had added thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine in the fridge, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits and the apartment was very warm.
