Hotel Villa Agape is near the Arcetri Observatory in Florence, and is surrounded by a 8-hectare park with olive and cypress trees. everything! hands down to the staff they were so nice and helpful, specially Mario! the day I was arriving I had a delay on my flight and then on the train going to Florence so I arrived past the time for take the shuttle service to the hotel. but Mario was so considerate and helpful and he was checking on me before arriving in Florence and at the end he arranged the shuttle bus to pick me up. later on he showed me the property and the facilities! I couldn’t be happier with this hotel I really hope to come soon. thank you
