Well set in the Olbia City Centre district of Olbia, L'Essenza Hotel is located 17 km from Isola di Tavolara, 500 metres from Archeological Museum of Olbia and 400 metres from Church of St. Great hotel, the staff ist incredible helpful and the breakfast was very, very good. Location is wonderful, really right in the centre of Olbia.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful, went above and beyond for us (I’m sorry I forgot to ask her name though). The room was clean, cosy and spacious with a view of the city and harbour. The breakfast was simple, yet really good.

Beautiful property, incredible views, amazing food, comfortable rooms (we could see Corsica from our window!), warm service, and general tranquility, we couldn't have loved it more.

Facing the beachfront, Relais La Ghinghetta offers 4-star accommodation in Portoscuso and has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and bar. The staff were truely amazing, nothing was too much trouble, thank you to Rodney and Andrea and the 2 lovely ladies who served us breakfast every day, you really did make our experience wonderful. The room facilities are fab, I would recommend upgrading your room to the sea view as it was worth it. The hotel room itself provided excellent facilities hot shower, fresh towels every day, beach towels plus the use of a beach bag, plus toiletries, tea/coffee mini bar etc Also, as the hotel only has 9 rooms it means the hotel is never crowded. We had the pool area most days to ourselves which was lovely. I noted one review mentioned that they struggled to communicate with the hotel staff but thats totally untrue as we only speak English and all staff at the hotel spoke English perfectly.

The hotel is gorgeous surrounded by trees and the room was very spacious and bright. The service from the staff was exceptional, I never experienced such service. I am lactose intolerant and the staff went out of their way to provide me with lactose free items for the breakfast. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of items. Apart from that, the staff were ready and very happy to help us with any of our requests. One of my best experiences at a hotel, completely recommend this place to anyone!
