The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with good wifi and giant baths. You can walk anywhere in the city very comfortably. There's parking you can book if you want it (especially helpful during the busy summer months). There's a wonderful cafe downstairs too, which is open all day and has free wifi.

The staff, including Rosela, Carlota and Gaetano were all so attentive and joyful. This is the best value I have paid for a hotel of that caliber in a very long time. And the food, inclusive breakfast is incredible and the optional dinner worth every euro. Bravo !!!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the region. The hotel's location is great, being right next to a beautiful beach and not that far from the motorway, which made it easy to explore nearby cities like Bari, Lecce, and Brindisi. Additionally, it's close to towns like Ostuni and Alberobello, known for their architecture and history.

The Staff (Receptionist, Chef Antonio, Hostess, Valet) were all professional, friendly and went above and beyond. My room was upgraded and it was everything that you could want in a room!!! The breakfast was amazing, it was the best cappuccino in Italy, the best carrot cake, freshly squeezed juice, and egg white sandwich that I have had since living in Italy for the last 2 1/2 years.
