Located in Dolceacqua, Talking Stones is characterised by exposed stone walls in all rooms. It has a shared terrace offering panoramic views of Doria Castle, 400 metres away. I can’t begin to tell how thrilled I was to spend three nights in this incredible B&B. The design features in my room (#3 with a terrace), were right out of Architectural Digest, and from what I saw of the other rooms, and the stunning roof terrace, where Monika, the owner and host extraordinaire serves a wonderful breakfast every morning, I could have spent the day. Her son David, an extremely professional craftsman, should be credited for the his designs and development coming to fruition, and he too was a pleasure to meet. I will always remember my three nights here, and I suggest that this is the best place to stay in Dolceaqua, with views beyond reproach, and a truly caring and accommodating host!

Offering free access to Lido di Lerici private beach, Piccolo Hotel Del Lido is in central Lerici. It features an indoor hydrotherapy pool and sun terrace with sun loungers plus excellent views. Everything! Staff were amazing, reception, breakfast team, cleaning team, night porter. Location was perfect! Rooms, terrace, breakfast buffet all were 100%. Room 10 is spectacular!! Private beach!
