Amazing hotel, right on the lake and the main promenade. the staff is lovely and very accommodating. The bartender Andrea is amazing and very friendly as well as his older colleague (forgot his name :(). The location is perfect with a view on the lake and private parking with electric car charging point on spot. We also used their Spa facilities which can be booked at reception for private use (the whole spa it was reserved for my boyfriend and me only). Breakfast offers high quality food and drink options and you can even make a fresh smoothie. Dinner at the hotel was beyond all expectations, everything served is super fresh and they offer a great wine selection as well. the room was spotless clean, spacious and great Wifi.

Hotel Regina Palace is a majestic Art Nouveau building offering refined classic-style interiors and a large garden with pool. It is right on the shore of Lake Maggiore, in Stresa. It is a wonderful hotel on the promenade in Stresa. With the right room you can enjoy a great view of the lake. There is a lot of staff available throughout the hotel, there is a bar where you can get all the important drinks and for a small extra charge also special requests. It has the charm of an old grand hotel, now perhaps a bit kitschy but it suits the hotel. The bathing area is very neat and clean.

Right across from the ferry and we used the ferry on two separate days. Great water views. Plenty of restaurants night next door on both sides with outdoor dining and of course views. We had a room with a balcony and we loved it!! Between Rome, Milan, and Verbania, this was our favorite area. We stayed 3 nights.
