It was a clean, modern and quiet property with breathtaking views of Lake Como. We were upgraded to a one bedroom villa & we loved getting to enjoy the lake which was right in front of our room! We had fun exploring different areas on the lake by getting a day pass for the ferries (which makes complete sense because you don’t have to keep lining up for tickets) & even though the area was quiet, we were walking distance to a few great restaurants as well as a small mini mart.

The view from our room, the pool and the gym were amazing. We liked being up the hill and away from the crowds. The hotel was only a short walk to the shops and restaurants.

Amazing property with amazing views. Rooftop pool and terrace restaurant was very nice. Hotel common areas were very luxurious and cosy. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating with a dog bed and treats. A bit on the pricier end, but a truly fantastic stay on Lake Como.

Located in landscaped gardens on the shore of Lake Como, the Palace Hotel is a 5-minute walk from Como Cathedral. Both the bar and restaurant overlook the lake. I loved the proximity to both the lake and the city center. Great restaurants within just 5 or 10 minutes walking.
