Chris was lovely friendly and helpful he made us feel at home great location as I didn't have a car and he was very excepting of friends and family calling around for us such a great stay. And the beds were so comfortable 😌

Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Hotel is in an ideal location and facilities are fantastic. Had a wonderful for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Really enjoyed our stay at the Erkskine Arms.

The apt is spacious, very clean and well equipped. I like that we have the convenience of an apt but we also have access to hotel amenities such as restaurant and breakfast room as the apt is attached to the hotel. The food is great and staffs are wonderful. The location has great view and access to beautiful quite beach and trails

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

The 4-star Clovelly guest house offers bed and breakfast accommodation 100 metres from Llandudno's seafront and award-winning beaches. The lively town centre is less than 5 minutes’ walk. Location was brilliant. Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and welcoming. Room size was superb for a family of 4. Breakfast was extremely good.

The rooms were absolutely stunning. Still very new so not spoilt with wear and tear. Bed was hugely comfortable, the shower was really relaxing, coffee pod machine, water, teas, biscottu, plenty of room and light and airy. The bar was relaxing and very modern and clean, breakfast really was stunning and will definitely staff there again.
