What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

We loved the hot tub, small kitchen and walk-in shower. The bed was also very comfortable. The car was safely parked behind the fence. We stayed there with a baby and the owners themselves asked me a day before arrival if we needed a baby cot and I think it was really nice of them to think of that. The staff was very friendly, the food was great. Even the toilets in the pizzeria downstairs are very clean, I was surprised to find some hygiene pads and even some deodorant in there. It was overall a very pleasant experience, I definitely recommend. If we ever go to Zadar again, we would definitely stay here.

Location is wonderful opposite the stone beach, down stairs was a good cafe/restaurant (we had breakfast everyday and dinner once) easy walk into town where more great restaurants.

Stayed here with my husband's four siblings and spouses. The rooms are lovely, some larger with jacuzzi some smaller. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building

The location is good, about 25-30 mins of walking to the city center, plus there is Lidl and a great grill place nearby. The host was very nice and accomodating, we got a perfcetly scheduled transfers from and to the airport thanks to our host. Should I ever be in Zadar again definitely staying at Maboka.

Kitchen was stocked with basic supplies, as well as nice extras. The spotless and modern bathroom had shampoo and toothpaste and the washing machine had detergent. We didn't have to buy or use the basics we took with us. This apartment is stylish, comfortable and well managed. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Its not cheap to stay here but 5* quality comes at a price.MichaelGroup

Location very good, walking distance from city centre, very important to me. Big recreation center (outdoor&indoor) nearby, supermarket as well. I came with car, and they even have garage parking space. Nada, my host, was very friendly and flexible! I will definitly come again when I come to Zadar!
