Aquest aspecte ha pujat el grau de excepcionalitat de l'hotel. És el millor. En tot moment resolen qualsevol problema i estan atents a qualsevol necessitat. Al vespre a la terrassa pots sopar amb música en directe i s’ha de dir que tant els músics com els cantants han estat excepcionals. La piscina és genial amb vista infinita al mar. Hi ha hamaques i tovalloles netes. Té aparcament gratuït, que això és molt important per anar a Dubrovnik. Tot està molt net. No es pot demanar res més per gaudir d’unes vacances d’allò més especials.
