Excelsior Belvedere Hotel & Spa is set in the centre of Ischia and offers free WiFi throughout, a private beach, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Naples. Breakfast was more like a feast! Dinner was delicious! The staff were more than accomodating. The facilities are beautiful and the manager was delightful (and gave us great tips and a lovely parting gift!) We met some lovely guests and hope to return next time we are in Italy!

Il Moresco is framed by a high lava-stone wall and a centuries-old park with pine trees, gardens and thermal-water pools. There is also an indoor wellness centre, parking is free. stay at this hotel was wonderful. The hotel is clean and authentically beautiful, surrounded by stunning nature. It's just a minute's walk to the private beach. But what stood out the most was the people. Everyone, from the staff to the waiters, was incredibly attentive and kind. The waiters, in particular, took great care in the hotel restaurant (highly recommend ) , and you could tell it came from the heart. It was a lovely experience. in the evenings they played the piano on the terrace . definitely would love to come back

Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. We forgot our passports in our room’s safe and was already in Naples port while the hotel stuff were AMAZING and sent us the passports with the next fairy ! Wouldn’t make it to our next destination without them.

Located on Ischia, Mezzatorre Hotel & Thermal Spa has an outdoor pool and sun terrace with views across to Naples. This hotel is amazing! The staff were amazing, breakfast set a very high standard. The facilities were wonderful. We wish we had stayed longer.

Mare Blu Terme is in Ischia's old town, overlooking the Aragonese Castle and 200 metres from the main shopping street. The hotel features its own thermal baths and wellness centre. the location was excellent. walking distance to many shops and restaurants, as well as beach and sights we also enjoyed the pools

Featuring panoramic views of the Aragonese Castle and Sorrento Bay, Miramare E Castello is set on the island of Ischia. Incredible breakfast buffet and the most amazing staff whom all spoke enough English to make it very easy for us not speaking much Italian! Epic location also

Overlooking the Gulf of Naples and the Aragonese Castle, Punta Molino Beach Resort & Thermal Spa is set on the island of Ischia, in a location surrounded by ancient pine forests and intimate beaches. Staff was super helpful. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was 6min walk. Private beach and sun tanning area. Room with balcony was awesome. Pool and thermal spa were great

Miramare Sea Resort & Spa is set in a pedestrian-only area of Sant'Angelo, on the south coast of Ischia. Directly facing its private beach, it offers Mediterranean-style rooms with a sea-view balcony.... Beautifully designed. Very chic and calm. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff is so helpful and friendly. And the view/position is calm and magical.
