The staff was very helpful and smiled at the time and helped us with the locations of malls and shopping centers. We enjoyed this trip. The stay in hotels was enjoyable and the food was delicious and varied.

Set on a sprawling 7 acres of landscaped gardens is the luxurious Trident Gurgaon with its 5 dining options, large courtyards, reflection pool and fountains. My daughter loves this hotel. Everytime we visit the family, we make a stopover at Trident before moving further. They accommodated my request of removing carpets from the room and arranged an air purifier as my daughter has severe dust allergies. From service, to staff, to food, to embience, Everything was spot on! Thank you to the entire team.

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. Everything was marvelous with this hotel. The architecture and decorations are beautifully elegant. The entire hotel, specially our room was pristine. The service was outstanding: kind, warm, welcoming and efficient. We are very grateful.

Located 1.5 km from Taj Mahal, Trident Agra features an outdoor pool and 24-hour front desk. A business centre, restaurant and bar are available. Some rooms offer garden or pool views. Very nice environment, staff are very nice. Very welcoming. So overall was very good. Recommended for others.

A haven of peace and tranquility on the banks of the Holy River Ganga. The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Hemant and Nikita at the reception desk, Arvind the guide who took us Har ki Padi, the front security and the restaurant staff. The food and endless cups of chai the staff happy to provide. There was a lovely afternoon tea with beautiful bhajans. The aarti by their private ghat was beautiful and felt so special. All the way to the hotel car and driver organized to take us to the airport. I can’t fault anything about this hotel.

Also I would like to thank master Chef for his caring specially for delicious plates that were prepared to us. Thanks goes to entire staff whom make the hotel the way it is.

Located in Dharamshala, Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala features an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. The staff at Radisson Dharamshala is excellent and always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing views of the valley and is spread out enough that you can take some walks in the nice weather. The pool area is definitely the jewel of the place and you can spend hours relaxing by it while enjoying the nice views. The bar is good as well. My wife and I enjoyed a few cocktails in the evenings and the staff was kind enough to bring us a small plate of food for our toddler free of charge. The food is on point. We tried the in room dining option twice and the service was great both times. The Italian restaurant was quite good and the Bohri Biriyani from the regular Indian selection is a must try. We were traveling with a toddler and he enjoyed the open air play area as well as the indoor play room.
