The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with great service. The location was excellent too, the hotel is in a quiet area but it’s only a short walk to the marina. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Номер великий,чистий. В номері все працювало, звукоізоляція супер. Персонал привітний, сніданки і вечері дуже смачні і різноманітні. Людей було дуже мало, вілтеі місця скрізь біля басейну.

Situated by the lighthouse that gives it its name, the hotel overlooks the sea and is just a few strides from the southern end of Maspalomas beach. Excellent attention to detail, staff professional, 5 star treatment. I have never been treated like this in other hotels on this island for the same amount of money.

Великий гарний номер з балконом, з якого можна було любуватись морем. Хороша звукоізоляція! Велика ванна кімната, прибирання номеру було кожен день. Територія готелю - з гарними басейнами та лежаками, багато зелені Сніданки були включені, а вечері ми брали, якщо не планували поіздки. Шведський стіл був різноманітний, багато фруктів, овочів та можливість замовити приготування індивідуально деяких страв. Щодо десертів- то був вибір великий. Також сподобався персонал, який був привітний та веселий. Грала ввечері жива музика. Плануємо повернутися сюди ще раз 😊

Set overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, La Isla y el Mar Hotel Boutique features outdoor pools and a poolside bar. The air-conditioned suites are a 15-minute walk from Playa Chica Beach. Fantastic architecture made from basalt with interesting details, spaces and landscaping. Restaurant and bar were modern and fun with friendly staff and decent food - all pleasant. The jet lag massage package was so relaxing with jacuzzi and cava afterwards - great way to celebrate a birthday. No need to go to town. Yoga was included and our teacher Sandra was great!

This is a 5 star hotel in every aspect. They deserve a long and excellent review so here goes..... They arranged, at our cost, a comfortable car for transport from TFS so the 45 minutes or so to the hotel flew by. Then they upgraded us on arrival to a penthouse room which had a deck and overlooked the pool. Absolutely lovely. They smartly include three sizes of bed pillow for each guest and made the twin beds into one king size one for my husband and myself. Our floor maid team headed by Jennifer was excellent every single day - you can put a card if you want to keep the sheets you have for water saving. There are 5 floors to the hotel and the restaurants and amenities (including a billiard table and a pool table and fabulous library of lending books of all languages on the 3rd floor) ping pong in the garden, and three different pools which I loved for different times - smallish spa pool quite warm, outside spa pool very pleasant w not shivers on getting in and then the main pool which is beside the outside dining for lunch which is beautiful but much cooler and was mainly unused by people sunning in very comfortable loungers. I have never in all my travels had such comfortable leather pads on both the pool loungers and the ones on our deck room. Tatjana for massage! The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice and very courteous about making omelets and peoples perfectly times morning eggs. I am particular about my coffee so requested americano vs the carafe of less strong coffee they automatically offer. I never had anyone get peaked about that request. Really, top to bottom the employees were always courteous, patient and quick with filling requests. Rahul is the manager at our favorite restaurant La Parrilla which is the best of the three restaurants on site in my view. He will also make plain grilled fish and steamed vegetables on request which is nice to have on a long stay, has an excellent cheese board for desert and is also a sommelier.
