Special mention should be made of the hotel staff. They are a team, which is ready to help in any matter. The staff helped to call a taxi, buy tickets to the circus, recommend interesting places in the city. The hotel team and the hotel itself left a very pleasant impression!

The quality of the staff was outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Two of them who attended to us personally were particularly impressive - Mr. Jack Lian of the concierge and Miss Fairy Chen of the Western restaurant on the 2nd floor. The former gave useful information of Shenzhen and tirelessly escorted us all the way to the subway after we checked out while the latter met our request outside, we believe, her purview of work in that she went somewhere away from the restaurant to fetch us something that was not readily available thereat. It was our sincere heartfelt gratitude for their exemplary service that far exceeded our expectations. We have to congratulate the hotel management of boasting staff of such exceptional quality. This also explains why the hotel holds such high reputation.
