The staff was exceptional, from the beginning of our stay through the end. The welcome aperitif and chocolates were a nice touch to transition to the calm of the resort. The personal note in the room was appreciated. Cristina (front desk) was very attentive. Gianluca was excellent in attending us at breakfast and dinner as were the captains in the dining room. The gardens were attended with meticulous care, and the housekeeping staff was so efficient. The lifeguards were pleasant and the spa services were excellent. The Lunaria restaurant was also a joy to experience. So much to say about how wonderful our visit was. Thank you to the staff, who really can make the difference!

Room was stunning, very large and a nice outdoor space. Complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival was a really nice touch. Bathroom was lovely and lots of nice products to use. Staff were amazing across the whole hotel, especially reception, breakfast and at the beach. Food was really great - breakfast had an amazing selection (including champagne which was great) and the food at the beach was also really good. The beach was a standout feature of the hotel - beautiful private beach, amazing swimming area and nice for sunset also. Pool was pretty too with a great view. Location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to Phi beach or lots of other great restaurants. Short drive to Porto Cervo and lots of other areas. Really felt like a 5* hotel and we’ll worth the money. Clientele also seemed really nice vs. Other hotels we stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone.

En profitant de notre voyage en Corse et vu le beau temps, nous avons passé une nuit à Porto Cervo et avons choisi ce Resort. Je dois dire que pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous ne pouvions pas nous attendre à mieux. Un hôtel cinq étoiles à un prix relativement abordable qui a donc dépassé nos attentes. On pourrait penser que le prix laisse présager moins de services, mais ce n'est pas le cas, bien au contraire. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été choyés par le personnel extrêmement gentil. L'emplacement est magnifique et avec le temps splendide, nous avons pu profiter de délicieux cocktails dans l'une des piscines et sur la plage privée. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre l'expérience de la Costa Smeralda dans la plus grande tranquillité.
