This is an excellent hotel, fully corresponding to the Ramada standards. Hotel is located near the beach and Batumi stadium; you can easily reach old city by bus or taxi. Rooms are large and bright, bathroom size and amenities are fine, TV set size is excellent, if you are travelling by car, there is underground parking. Staff is very polite and helpful, well trained. Indoor poll is really heated, with very pleasant water temperature. So, highly recommended.

The rooms are clean, tidy and have all amenities. If you have any questions or you need some help, you can always contact Kote. For example, he helped us with a transfer from the airport. Since we moved from Ukraine, we had a lot of luggage. The location of the apartments is excellent. A wonderful view from the window and every evening you can enjoy a fantastic sunset.

Buttom line: I couldn't ask for a warmer caring service for such a trip. I was honoured to be a guest and felt warm the whole time with the service of the guest relations, starting from the first day till the moment I left. It was polite, devoted, and easily accessible. As for the hotel, it was superb to get such a fancy room with everything around neat and clean, while have a terrace with a breathtaking view, including mountains, city, and a sea. One more important pros was the location of the place, when I could anything I needed in minutes of walking(5-20), including jogging on the beach, heading to old town and shopping in malls.

- متوسط السعر لليلة الواحدة: 132.01£8.1نقاط التقييم 8.1جيد جداًتقييمه جيد جداً· ٦٢٧ تقييمعجبني موقف الفندق عندما واجهتنا مشكلة في الغرفه المحجوزه انها غير نظيفه ولا يوجد مناشف او ارواب وكذلك المناديل تفتقر الغرفة الي مميزات فندق خمس نجوم عن الثلاث او اربع نجوم ولكن سرعان ماتجاوب الفندق ووفر جميع النواقص و لكن اكتشفت ان السرير مفرد و جامعينها سويا ليصبح مزدوج ونزلت تكلمت معهم وكنت غاضبا انا اتيت لاستريح في اجازتي ولا اصحح اخطاء فمنعا لخروج والغاء حجزي اعطوني جناح البزنسس وكان تعويض ممتاز لما ما مريت به والفطور كان ممتاز مع انها فترة كورونا بس ممتاز من افضل الفنادق الي زرتها
