Situated in the countryside and surrounded by a lush garden, Travalia Guest Farm offers rooms and self-catering accommodation with a swimming pool and restaurant. Free private parking is available. Amazing food for dinner. Beds were comfortable, and blankets were heated during a very cold night. Bathroom was very clean and modern looking. Environment was beautiful.

What stood out was Tim’s exceptional hospitality. He was so helpful in planning our stay, making recommendations, making reservations, etc. He even helped us find and book a reservation at our next stop. Thanks, Tim! Would definitely come here again to rest and relax!

This beautifully designed and cosily furnished cottage is an absolute gem! You can enjoy the amazing view into nature from inside through the big windows, from the big porch or - and this was our big highlight - from the fire-heated hot tub. At night you can watch the stars sitting in the hot tub with nothing but nature around. It is simply beautiful and a great place to calm down, relax and enjoy the quiet away from all street noise. Since it is entirely off the grid, it is not affected by loadshedding. We’d highly recommend taking a factory tour in the olive oil factory with Allison while there. Both Allison and Francis are very welcoming, friendly and caring hosts. If we ever make it back to South Africa, the trip up to the farm with this special cottage will be a must on the itenerary!

Located 7 km from the town of Stellenbosch, Gemoedsrus Farm features views of the surrounding winelands and offers amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and barbecue facilities. Amazing farmhouse BnB with stunning views; stunning cape Dutch farm with a warm family feel. Linda and Christine make an amazing team with all the staff. Beautiful gardens and a superb 20m swimming pool. Rooms were exceptional with decent fridge, microwave and kitchenettes in most rooms. Lots of privacy wherever you are. Excellent WiFi which extends to the gardens and pool. Wonderful breakfasts with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains and gardens. Great location to explore Stellenbosch and beyond.

Located in Riversdale, Oudebosch Guest Farm offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace. The property is situated 17 km from Hessequa Tourism Information. What an amazing place, the scenery is out of this world. Reminded me of series like Outer Range or the movie Nope, but the surroundings here are greener and wilder. Enjoy the horseback ride, even if you have no experience I’m sure you’ll have a wonderful experience exploring. You can also go hiking or use the mountainbikes. I really enjoyed the chats with Linda on the trail and the BBQ at the home. The chalets have everything you need and we even got welcoming muffins and cookies on arrival. The pool is nice and everything is safe. Hope to return some day and I hope many more will enjoy their stay here

We received a very friendly welcome and received information about activities in the area. The room was very nice, shared kitchen very large and inviting. Braai area with wood and everything you could ask for. The garden area is beautiful, you can watch wild peacocks and their young ones.

What a beautiful environment, a fantastic view - the beautiful mountains and this cottage had simply everything that I needed. The sunset was stunning! Beautifully clean well set up cottage. Fantastic hostess who really cared about my comfort. I will most definately be back.

They were quick to respond to messages and wanted to accommodate our early check in, which they did and were happy to answer any questions. The facilities on the property far exceeded any expectations and they really thought about every comfort and amenity possible. We stayed in Pale Chanting cottage; it has a hot tub, an outdoor bath, outdoor and indoor fire place, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and stunning surroundings. Everything from warm throw blankets, extra fire wood, shower gel and kitchen utensils were supplied. For the price paid, I felt we were spoilt rotten. I will 100% be returning regularly to this property for a break away from the city and even a romantic escape.
