The farm is surrounded by ancient-looking walls out of lava stone, and boasts an equally ancient-looking lookout tower. My kids did love the cat that came visiting frequently

Situated just 23 km from Pico do Carvao, Casa Branca features accommodation in Lagoa with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. It was a perfect stay and would highly recommend it! Very clean and great location to visit the island with car. Big garden with a beautiful view. Lovely family. Would definitely come again, when I'm back at the Azores.

House is in perfect condition, you can find fully equiped kitchen to prepare and eat meals, rooms are clean, beds are so comfortable. The best place on Sao Miguel :)

The Convento de São Francisco is a built in a 17th century Franciscan convent. A place with a soul ❤️ Everything was perfect. The people that are working there make your visit a true pleasure. The building is amazing and has the most beautiful views. I will definitely come back.
