Featuring pool views, Quinta de Chousas - Braga - Agroturismo offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free bikes and a garden, around 8.9 km from University of Minho - Braga Campus. Extremely friendly family! The adult sons all spoke English well, so communication was good. They were all so proud of their Agroturismo and gave us a tour, telling a bit about their family history. We were served an appetizer soon after arrival, which included wine from their vineyard. We had a huge breakfast with a number of homemade specialties, in fact way more than we could eat!

Moinhos do Paiva is set in Castelo de Paiva and features a private pool and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Nuno is an outstanding host. He seems to have a special worldview. His place looks like a piece of heaven, he welcomed us with open arms, gave us recommendations around the village, allowed us to use all the facilities - unlimited pool, kitchen and public living room, check out until 2pm with an elaborate breakfast. He suggested us to stay even after checking out to use these facilities. The environment gives quality time with nature, we rested and enjoyed. Only one minor thing-the road to the place includes sharp descents with narrow road-alleys that only good drivers can manage. Thank you for the time in Paradise Nuno. We will definitely come back to stay.

Helena & Ricardo have painstakingly restored and renovated the property into something rare and special where modern amenities and comfort meet the beauty of a working farm and vineyard. Their kindness and attention to customer service is world class, and is matched by their knowledge of the history of the area and willingness to share the stories of their journey to create their dream. While my partner and I were there, we enjoyed morning hikes through the vineyards, daily trips to regional towns, afternoon dips in the indoor salt water spa pool, and evening dinners where our hosts and staff provided upscale-rustic regional cuisine, local wines and port, and wonderful conversation with both hosts and guests. This will be somewhere we will hopefully be able to revisit in the coming years as it truly is one of our favourites of all time!

L'alloggio era pulitissimo, ben organizzato e c'era tutto il necessario! La proprietaria è molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per il nostro bimbo di 18 mesi. La posizione dell'alloggio è molto bella, immerso nel verde con vista su campi di mandorli e ulivi e vicinissimo al Museo Côa dove c'è un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo!

Featuring river views, Quinta das Areias - Solar da Pena provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge, around 10 km from University of Minho - Braga... The staff was really professional and did their best to make us feel comfortable. The place is just amazing, a very modern and atypical house and bungalows in the middle of a river, vineyards and hills and was perfectly located from the places we were going. We had a really good time.

Located within 44 km of Douro Museum and 45 km of Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, QUINTA ALTO DO RIO provides rooms in Cinfães. Facilities were quaint, quiet and beyond comfortable. Had a real feeling of home!
