La Civetta is centrally located making it very easy to go to Lecce, Gallipoli, Matera, ostuni, polignano, Bari, Alberobella etc. breakfast was outstanding and don't miss out on eating dinner there. Maria Theresa makes everything except for cheese and meat. her tirami su is the best I've ever had..
