The service were amazing and we also enjoyed our meal there. This is a quite and relaxing place and I loved the view. I recommand this place and I hope to come back one day.

He was open to answer all of our questions and gave useful tipps. Our dog was more than welcome also by his female dog Nana. Would recommand the place for everyone who loves quietness, cycling, good food, nature etc.

We loved the gorgeous location nestled in the midst of Marche’s hills with nothing but green all around, the perfect place to relax and recharge. The big farm house is characteristic, really pretty and has a refreshing pool with a view on the hills. The breakfast was delicious with choice of salty and sweet and fresh options every day. We ate at the restaurant all week and couldn’t get enough of all the various mouthwatering options that Mrs. Teresa was cooking for us: hearty delicious food cooked with love and expertise. A special thanks to Elisa for her never failing kindness and infinite patience with my 6 years old niece. A wholehearted thank you to Teresa, Elisa and the whole staff for making our holiday really special: you all truly do honor to the tradition of Italian hospitality

The host was very friendly and hospitable. Even though he did not speak good English we were able to communicate perfectly. The property is a country side house with calm and relaxing surroundings. Has free parking available. The room was clean and tidy, everything was new or recently renovated with good quality materials. Enjoyed our stay, rested well here, would recommend. The host asked what kind of breakfast we want (sweet or sawory) and delivered.

Our host was a very accommodating, kind lady. she recommended a dinner spot for us and called ahead to reserve a table on our behalf. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The location was beautifully tucked away in the countryside, the room was brand new, modern, simplistic but very authentic, with all the utilities one would need and more!! The hosts were extremely helpful, offered recommendations and information and at the same time gave us privacy at all times.

Amazing location, close to trails. Really lovely staff (family run) and good choice of breakfast options. Can only recommend.
