One wing of a sprawling historic estate was entirely renovated into spacious, modern, and elegant rooms with high ceilings and ample dedicated closet space. The bathroom was equipped with top of the line shower and accessories. Some antique pieces added to the character. Tasteful choices of wall colors, materials, bedding… A preserved massive old beam highlighted the all-wood cathedral ceiling. The decor combined the comfort of the new with the charm of the old. A good location for a relaxing holiday in Rovagnate, Cascina Bagaggera is a farm stay surrounded by views of the quiet street. It was a wonderful stay on the farm. For breakfast there are fresh products from the farm. Ideal for nature lovers. The host Alessia was very friendly and helpful.

Located in Borgo San Giacomo, Agriturismo Padernello provides accommodation with air conditioning and access to a garden. The property features garden and inner courtyard views. This is one of the best places we've stayed. If you're planning to be in the area, do yourself a favour. It was so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The gardens are filled with wildflowers, bees and cicadas. The old building has been extremely well renovated with modern functionality like smart security and automated gates and lights, while still maintaining the original style and infrastructure with rustic references to its past. Our upstairs room had a direct view to the old castle which looked quite amazing both morning and night. The breakfast is fantastic - wonderful Italian coffee of course, fresh local juices, cheeses and spectacular pastries all made on-site by the host, and when she offers you the omelette, just say yes. It's a fairly traditional old-style less touristy area so the host speaks little English, and our Italian is terrible, but she was extremely helpful and patient in explaining everything we needed to know, even using her phone to show us translations of important information, explaining all the local dining options and offering to make reservations for us.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Cascina Mora Bassa is a recently renovated farm stay set in Vigevano, 32 km from MUDEC. The air-conditioned accommodation is 33 km from Darsena. Beautiful, recently renovated farm house, complete with all sorts of facilities. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was amongst the kindest and most available I have ever met in my travels. The breakfast served was amazing! Everything was very good quality and prepared fresh. The cakes and cookies were something to die for. If you are visiting this area, I would recommend to stay at Cascina Mora Bassa whole heartedly.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, view and quiet, excellent attitude, excellent restaurant, tasty and at reasonable prices, highly recommend, I was with my wife and my daughter and I really enjoyed it.
