I received a warm welcome from Dawn, the proprietor. The room was very clean, fairly large and had a great view across a lawn full of flowers, and in a distance, the historic market town of Dolgellau. The bathroom was also very clean, and everything worked well. There was a complimentary breakfast with a large variety of cereals, toast, and a selection of hot beverages and cold fruit juices. There was no cooked breakfast, as had been stated in the booking information. I would love to come and stay again.

We were a party of nine people aged from four to eighty-eight, and looked forward to spending Christmas together. In the farmhouse and barn we had perfect accommodation, brilliantly equipped, and with a lovely Christmas tree provided. Gesail is in a remote rural location, in beautiful scenery which looked atmospheric in all weather. The sheep were curious and friendly! It was as magical as we had hoped.
What a great place to stay in rural Wales. The cottage is on a working farm with owners Mike & Janice making us feel very much at home. Delicious home made welsh cakes as well as fresh milk, wine & breakfast provisions were much appreciated. Extremely comfortable bed. Beautiful country outlook. Loved seeing the newborn calves.
scenery was amazing modern feel within a rustic barn conversion welcome pack was good and communication was brilliant with helping find the location and arriving at the cottage
Excellent position on the Conwy valley. Farmhouse quaint - good views. Breakfast team fabulous and lovely choices.
Excellent location and beautifully presented farmhouse. The breakfast was to die for and the staff friendly and very helpful.
Farmhouse style converted to B&B, easy walk to town, quiet & comfortable.
Everything. Such a beautiful farmhouse and very spacious. Lovely views and very peaceful. The owners had left us a brilliant torch and lantern to use, which I thought was a nice touch, and some delicious biscuits. A little stream at the side of the property was nice too. Very rural area. Two bathrooms made life easier and the downstairs bedroom was lovely and handy.
We loved the open plan kitchen/lounge layout & the bedroom being downstairs. It was spotless & cozy, with beautiful exposed beams & a lovely log burner that we enjoyed every evening! The cottage is completely private from the main farmhouse & it is in a great location for sightseeing waterfalls, visiting Zipworld & Mount Snowden!
Lovely spacious, clean room in a farmhouse located a short distance off the A489 near Machynlleth. Check in was straightforward, the host friendly and accommodating plus an excellent cooked breakfast was prepared to order.
