Our hosts were wonderful making us feel welcome and offering helpful tips for a most memorable experience in the Lincolnshire countryside. Baked goods were on the kitchen table to greet us and the knowledge that they were a phone call a way to be of assistance was so very comforting. The cottage was perfect for the four of us and the outdoor offerings marvelous. We will return as it’s the perfect location for day trips, coastal activities and of course if you enjoy fishing the lake is at your doorstep.

Excellent traditional farmhouse breakfast with fresh-baked bread. Friendly and engaging hosts and warm and cosy room.
A lovely couple of nights in Manor Farm Stay! Our room was lovely, the location was excellent & our breakfasts were incredible. Everything one needs locally (the beach, restaurants, supermarket etc) were only a few minutes away. Rachel & Dominic were wonderful hosts & nothing was too much trouble. They sent lots of very helpful information before our arrival about dog-friendly places to eat & they welcomed our young dog with feeding & water bowls for her use & treats for her in our room. We will be returning.
Excellent walk in shower and shower safety accessories. Homemade breakfasts, bread and cookies. Fresh farm milk and eggs. Friendly and helpful owners. Quiet rural farm location near sea front.
West View is in a beautiful rural location. The hosts Richard and Judith were very welcoming and friendly with drinks and cake in their conservatory. Our room, Barn owl, was really beautiful with an excellent tray of teas, coffees etc and attention to detail for toiletries and thoughtful extras. We will definitely visit again and also intend trying one of their 3 holiday cottages some time in the future. Many thanks
The barn was great space for a family & grandparents to stay. tennis courts & farm were great to use. Staff were really helpful.
Breakfast is freshly cooked and taken in the lovely farmhouse kitchen. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and cosy. Lut and Bruce welcomed us like old friends. All in all we had a very relaxing stay.
Rachel and Dom were on hand to welcome us to manor farm stay, explained how things work- milk in fridge for tea/coffee in the room, order and time taken for breakfast the next morning. Although they were often around they never got in the way and let us wander round. They offered suggestions for local things to do which was nice .
So spacious for a quaint cottage. Lovely Lincolnshire welcome bits. Also my dog loved the dog treats and we did a recommended local walk around a sunflower field. Decor is beautiful. Wood fire tub was a delight. Got to feed animals which was fun. Loved that all the products in the bolthole barn were natural. Was very easy to find thanks to the great directions. Lovely pub was recommended that was dog friendly. Sadly didn’t get to meet Jo but she was on hand for all of our needs.
Lovely B&B with English countryside feel to it as its a barn. Slowing living with farm animals roaming around, just what we wanted. The hosts are very welcoming and cheerful. Oh the Barn took part in Four in a bed TV show and won!
