Waking to the sound of cows wanting their breakfast was lovely, as was the sunset on Saturday ( Sunday was raining and miserable, but guess they cant arrange the weather for us!) Top tip for a lovely pub meal on Sat too at The Royal Oak. All made for a lovely couple of evenings escape ....whilst we were cleaning and clearing a house all weekend! ( Freestanding bath was a bonus!)

Situated in the Clwydian Hills just above the village of Mold, this guest house has free parking and free WiFi. Four of us stayed in the cottage and it was fabulous. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Richard and Paola were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, it’s peaceful with brilliant views of horses and sheep which can be seen from the hot tub. We would all definitely visit again. Thank you both.
