This property includes bike storage, laundry and drying services. Four of us stayed in the cottage and it was fabulous. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Richard and Paola were friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, it’s peaceful with brilliant views of horses and sheep which can be seen from the hot tub. We would all definitely visit again. Thank you both.

Secluded enough to enjoy the tranquil lifestyle of a rural working farm. The cottage was exceptionally warm and this was In December, it was comfortable, clean and everything one needed was there but the wood burner topped it all. Was very reluctant to leave which is a sure sign of how good our stay was.

A fantastic, well equipped farmhouse with lovely surroundings. A very relaxing, peaceful 3-day break walking distance to Conwy. Most rooms equipped with Sky TV and very good WiFi speeds close to the kitchen. Great location for exploring Wales by car.

Gorgeous location in the hills , very quiet. We stayed in the farmhouse and we had everything we needed, a microwave, bathroom/shower, wifi, tv and a nice patio with tables and chairs. The owner's dog came to greet us on the patio! This was a great location for us to get away from busy towns like Conwy (which was lovely, just very busy). We woke up to birds singing!

Lovely old farmhouse with interesting architecture nicely modernised but retaining old architecture's feel. Ella was very helpful given I was due to leave around 4:30 am for a race. Quiet location. Ideal for what I wanted.
