Just 90 metres off Highway 23, this property is 300 metres from the Petäjävesi Old Church. It offers accommodation along a private beach area. Nice authentic old farmhouse. Brought back some memories from my childhood home. Very nice surroundings and I believe it is quite quiet area, though my hearing is not that good anyway. Plentiful breakfast buffet.

This countryside apartment, next to the River Kokemäenjoki, is an 8-minute drive from Kokemäki town centre. It offers a shared sauna and use of a row boat and canoes free of charge. The lodge provides canoes. So we could make a longer tour. The lake is ideal for this. We also enjoyed the free mini golf course. And they have an excellent breakfast.

In a rural area 4 km from Peräseinäjoki, this traditional farm offers the chance to experience agritourism nestled in nature. The accommodation comes with private kitchen and bathroom facilities. The area was beautiful and calm, the cabin is comfortable and it was very nice and warm even during the cold spell of -30 C. The owners were very friendly and super helpful. The cabin is quite specious and had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable. We had been traveling with our pets and they were welcome as well. We have been there during new year's eve and was hoping that the place will be calm and there won't be fireworks nearby and the place exceeded our expectations. We had a very calm night, would recommend it to someone who tries to escape the fireworks.

Beautiful nature, big and clean lake just near the cottage, swimming after sauna, grill place, boat, washing machine, homemade breakfast with an accordion accompaniment, friendly farm animals you can touch.

These cottages, less than 15 minutes’ drive from Korkeakoski town centre, all feature their own sauna, terrace and cooking facilities. A private beach area of Lake Mäkelä is a few minutes’ walk away. It was in a pretty location. The owners were lovely and engaging and the breakfast very good.

This 1820s spacious farmhouse, 1 km from Lapväärtti’s town centre, is 10 minutes’ drive from the Baltic Sea. It offers charming, antique décor and modern amenities. A bookable sauna is on site. Quick communication from the host although we booked an hour before arriving was much appreciated. Unique stay in rural Finland. We found it when looking for a place to stay overnight while driving to Helsinki and it was the perfect B&B for one night. The building has old time charm and has all the basic amenities. Sauna and the little shed with fire were added bonuses!
