Wonderful hosts and hospitality. Lovely room and grounds. Located near the Archaeology Museum, and the beautiful village of Vila Nova de Foz Coa. I would love to return someday.

The dinner with olive oil and wine tasting was so wonderful and such good value! The prices of the wines were also very reasonable if you wanted to buy a bottle. The hostess was so warm and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and the pool area was beautiful. There are two adorable and friendly dogs on the premises, too. It was very homey, clean, and quiet. We saw an amazing lightning storm (and I bet the stars are incredible on a clear night as well)...you are far from the towns and feel very connected with nature here.
