We were all extremely happy with Ca' Andreana! We loved the gorgeous location nestled in the midst of Marche’s hills with nothing but green all around, the perfect place to relax and recharge. The big farm house is characteristic, really pretty and has a refreshing pool with a view on the hills. The breakfast was delicious with choice of salty and sweet and fresh options every day. We ate at the restaurant all week and couldn’t get enough of all the various mouthwatering options that Mrs. Teresa was cooking for us: hearty delicious food cooked with love and expertise. A special thanks to Elisa for her never failing kindness and infinite patience with my 6 years old niece. A wholehearted thank you to Teresa, Elisa and the whole staff for making our holiday really special: you all truly do honor to the tradition of Italian hospitality

Heated floors in the bathroom are so nice. I went in the off season so I was the only guest, but it will make any dreams you have of moving to the Italian countryside come true. The hosts were very nice and helpful as well.

It is a beautifully maintained farm and property with lovely open yard to sit outdoors and relax. My apartment was spacious and well appointed and stayed cool enough even during the heat of the day (with most shutters closed). Extremely welcoming hostess, and an excellent cook, offering a delicious continental breakfast. We went to a nearby bar/restaurant for dinner where the people were really friendly. A unexpected delight was that at the time we were there (mid May), a nightingale sang us to sleep from the nearby woods.

Apartment was clean, well finished and in good condition, the bedrooms were very large, the living area with kitchen was efficient. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully renovated farm house, with many personal touches ( n o t your canned Scandinavian super store "modern" ). The hosts are extraordinary - not only very friendly but so helpful and generous. Will stay there any time again!!

Francesca offers a clean and very comfortable house with a fulsome, tasty breakfast. The house is a short drive from Urbino and the views along surrounding roads are terrific. Although the bathroom is just next door to the bedroom, it is private and clean and spacious. we enjoyed a week here and drove all over the north of Marche from this base. We enjoyed sunsets each evening from the garden overlooking the valley below.

I’m sure in the spring and summer this place can be a wonderful stay .
