Everything was great about this property. The host is very involved in preparing everything in advance, provided us with all the info on how to get to the location, was concerned about providing us with nice vegan products for the included breakfast and even made an exception regarding the check-in time, namely, prepared the room for us earlier than expected. Safe parking for our motorcycle was available in the yard. We were really satisfied also with everything we could use in the appartment, the fully equipped kitchen and the clothes washing machine which we could use (a big plus considering we were travelling by motorcycle and thus with limited space). Free delicious coffee was also available, which we enjoyed very much along with the breakfast in the nice outside sitting area the appartment came with. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Exceptionally clean, large rooms. Quiet rural setting. Friendly, helpful, hosts who were ready to help. Exceptional view from terrace. Close Pienza and Montepulciano. Good parking. Great breakfasts.

The property and facilities are stunning! Such pretty buildings with amazing views. The service and staff were also great, they even packed up some breakfast for us to take on our last morning as we had to leave very early. The dinner we had at their restaurant was also delicious.

Simply amazing. A little gem in the South of tuscany where we spent a fabulous 2 week holiday with our daughter. Georgia and Salvatore make you feel like at home and their daughters are lovely. The place itself is mindblowing : lots of outdoor space, huge pool and beautiful view overlooking the valley and the village of Montepulciano. What can you ask more? We will keep this destination in our favourite options and definitely recommend it!!!
