Nice, quiet hotel in a beautiful area, surrounded by wineries. The girl at the reception was lovely, very friendly and nice, she make us feel welcomed. I liked that there were some animals who seemed well taken care of.

Located in Chiusi’s countryside, Poggio Cantarello Vacanze is in a completely refurbished historic building. Set in its own spacious garden, it offers free private parking, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms.

Beautiful vistas from the bedroom balconies. Warmth and kindness of Renato. And although we didn’t use the pool it offered a great location to sip wine and relax.

Everything about Villa Alari was perfect. The Villa and room were very charming, exactly what we envisioned Tuscany to be. We would stay again and recommend anyone to stay here. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The owner was attentive, explained everything perfectly and helped us with dinner reservations. 2 thumbs up

Featuring a garden with BBQ and outdoor pool, Agriturismo San Giovanni is a renovated 18th century farmhouse in Cetona, 30 km from Lake Trasimeno. The property produces organic wine, grappa and olive oil.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Giovanni and his family are very welcoming and have made the place feel like a Tuscan home. The farm produces olives (for oil) and grapes (for wine) and we were able to enjoy both while there. There are also a few animals, which Giovanni showed to our daughter and helped her to pat and hold. We used the Italian style BBQ and cooked most nights, sitting outside looking over the valley below. The pool has views over to the next town and the kids play area is safe and feels like being at home. Cetona is only 5mins away and has amazing restaurants. It's easy to walk, jog, do exercise from here and then relax, swim and eat all day. The place has a loving, family feel and I can't recommend it high enough.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, Agriturismo San Gregorio is situated in Chiusi. It features a bio lake, where guests can swim, and free WiFi throughout the property.

Free use of bicycles is available at this farm stay and the area is popular for fishing. San Gregorio is 1.5 hour drive from the property, while Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport is 85 km away.

You definitely need a car to get here as the farm is located 2 hrs from the Rome airport (FCO), 1 hr from Florence and Siena, 1hr 40 min from San Gimignano, 20 min from Montepulciano. We stayed in a villa (2 bedroom, 1.5 baths and kitchen) for 8 nights at the beginning of September. We had a nice patio with a table, chairs and an umbrella where we had our breakfast every morning. Beds were hard (we liked that). Pools and a lake are located away from the house with apartments and the villa (need to walk ~7-10 min by the area where animals, such as pigs, sheep, and chickens, live). Only hand soap is provided, so on the way from the airport we got paper towels, shampoo and body wash as well as some food. The supermarket is only 10 min drive from the farm. If you need an iron, request it in advance. The farm has a lot of fruit trees (cherry plum, figs, pomegranate) that we picked from. We did a private wine and cured meat tasting and it was amazing thanks to Simi who was taking care of us during our stay. If you are not afraid of insects (there are a lot of them as well as scorpios) and the farm life (think of animal noises when you wake up), want to be closer to the nature and experience the freshest air and beautiful views, I highly recommend you stay here.

This is a fantastic property in a very beautiful location. It is comfortable, with significant rustic charm. It is ideal for anyone wanting to escape and relax. Throughout, we were very well looked after by Nanni, who quickly answered our questions, either in person or via text.

beautiful location with amazing views-the dinners were excellent and wine prices really fair for Europe .I am gluten intolerant and they took such good care to offer delicious alternatives where required-thank you I really appreciated it !! .Complimentary wine tasting at their nearby farm was a surprise treat. You can go on lovely safe walks from the farm and we went on an outing to Montepulciano which was only 30 min away .The pool area with lots of loungers has beautiful views too, to relax and chill.

The setting of the agriturismo is beautiful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You will need a car to access the accommodation, however the street signs are very clear and ample private parking is available on site.
