The property is lovely, with a lovely swimming pool! The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was very fast and delicious. The owners were so sweet and gave us many tips. Very happy to have found this place. Very close (by car) to San Teodoro city center.

Just amazing, the best place I've ever booked. I don't know where to start: the accomodation is beautiful, with amazing location and great views on the sea and forest. You are surrounded by peace and quiet, but still just 5 minutes from Budoni and 10 minutes from the fantastic beaches. Best place for discovering east Sardinia! And what to say about the owner? Greatest host I had a pleasure to meet. He is such a wonderful guy, always smiling and willing to help and make your stay perfect. Grazie mile for everything mister. So, if you are looking for place to rest and enjoy, but still be close to everything you need to see in Sardinia, look no more, just book this place and you will have no regrets.

One of the best located B&B’s you could imagine. 5-Star, without doubt. Breakfast was delicious. Catarina was extremely generous with her delicious homemade treats. Bed and room big and comfortable. Last but not least, the farm was fantastic as was Giotto aim Bisotto. Will definitely return.

It's strategically placed in rural Li Mori, (so very quiet in the evenings) only 10 minutes walk from La Cinta beach. However it's quite far from the centre of San Teodoro so if you're on foot bare this in mind! I love walking though so the half hour walk was fine for me 👊
