The beautiful farm house was up in the mountains away from it all. There is a nice town 10 minutes away. The best part was Pietro and his Mom. We felt like we were staying with family and the home cooked 4 course dinners and breakfasts were delicious. There is great hiking in the Madonie Park. It’s a peaceful place to get away from it all and be in nature.

the owners of the property are very kind and welcoming. they were very helpful in accommodating our late night arrival to the property and sent us instructions from the highway because there were road closures and google maps is unreliable in this part of the countryside. we loved hearing about and understanding the history of the property. the courtyard is a giant and beautiful and the terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy wine has a beautiful view of the mountains and countryside. the breakfast offered is a great value and high quality with both sweet and savory options. and the dinner we had on saturday during our stay was simple and yummy and prepared with fresh local seasonal ingredients. i especially appreciated how accommodating they were to my vegan plant-based diet.

Everything was just wonderful. Warmhearted welcoming owners, great typical countryside rooms and breathtaking view for breakfast and dinner. Easy access from highway and from there good access to all cute Nebrodi mountain villages/ towns. Absolutely dine here; fresh healthy organic foods from the farm. Dare to say it is one of the best places I stayed at in Sicily!
